No Employments

If you have successfully logged in and your app is now showing 'No Employments' this means your Flare account is not currently linked to your employers benefits offering. 

This could mean:

  • Your employer currently doesn't offer the app, as part of their benefits offering.
  • Or, your number used to create your app profile is different.

 

Solutions

  • If you have recently updated your mobile number, please contact our team here.

  • If you haven't completed the mobile verification process and linked your mobile, please use the email sent from Flare and click on 'Get Started' within the email.
