If you have successfully logged in and your app is now showing 'No Employments' this means your Flare account is not currently linked to your employers benefits offering.
This could mean:
- Your employer currently doesn't offer the app, as part of their benefits offering.
- Or, your number used to create your app profile is different.
Solutions
- If you have recently updated your mobile number, please contact our team here.
- If you haven't completed the mobile verification process and linked your mobile, please use the email sent from Flare and click on 'Get Started' within the email.
