My mobile number is ‘invalid’, how can I log into the app

Please make sure you have signed up for the app through your Flare account prior to downloading/logging into the app. If eligible, you will be sent an email after onboarding or by logging directly into your account.

 

When entering your number into the app, please make sure you use the below formatting, 

 

Please make sure:

- You are using an Australian number

- Starts with +61 followed by 9 digits

- Starts with 04 followed by 8 digits

If the number is still showing as invalid please contact support here.
