If you have successfully logged in and your app is now showing 'Connect to your workplace' this means your Flare account is not currently linked to your employers benefits offering.
This could mean:
- Your employer currently doesn't offer the app, as part of their benefits offering.
- Or, your number hasn't been used to create an app profile.
Solutions
- If you have recently updated your mobile number, please contact our team here.
- If you haven't completed the mobile verification process , please use the email sent from Flare below and click on 'Get Started' within the email.
- If the invite below is now showing as 'expired', please contact your employer to resend the invite.
