Why am I not eligible?

Eligibility for Benefits Allowance may vary based on specific Terms and Conditions outlined in the program. If you have received an offer but were informed that you are not eligible, it may be due to the criteria outlined below.

You are eligible for the offer if you:

  • are a resident of Australia who is at least 18 years old;
  • sign up for the Flare Workplace Benefits Program during the Offer Period;
  • receive a notice that you are eligible for the Flare Benefits Allowance; and
  • satisfy the other requirements set out in sections 4 and 6 in the Flare Benefits Allowance Terms.
