I couldn't verify my identity for the Flare Mastercard, what can I do?

To activate the Flare Mastercard, you must be able to complete the verification process successfully. This is done through our verification software FrankieOne. 

Our current forms of accepted identity documents are: 

- Australian Drivers Licence
- Medicare Card
- Australian Passport 

If have any difficulty submitting these, or you believe that your details have been processed incorrectly, please contact us here.

Please note: the ID verification step is not a requirement to use your Flare app. You are able to skip the ID verification stage, and still access the Flare App without applying for the Mastercard. This will give you access to our storecards, company perks and an array of wellness content.
